Calling ALL Athletes,
HOW BAD DO YOU REALLY WANT IT? If you call yourself an athlete and you want to take it to the NEXT LEVEL, but can’t run continuously for 12 minutes without falling out or getting exhausted, you ARE NOT READY. This isn’t to hurt your feelings; it’s to get you to be real with yourself.
HOW BAD DO YOU REALLY WANT IT? You can’t just say you want it, but choose to sit home all day or party all night. Or say, “I don’t feel like working out.” or if someone asks you to go run sprints with them, run a few miles or workout, you CAN’T be lazy and say “NO” because you’re not in the mood. It does NOT work like that!
Your WORK ETHIC determines EVERYTHING when it comes to sports. Your skills can, will, and does GET OUT-WORKED and OUT-HUSTLED every single day. If you’re too lazy to PUT IN THE EFFORT AT ALL TIMES – not just when you feel like it, you don’t REALLY want it. The athlete who gets off work, or comes home from school and CHOOSES to workout, run, or work on their craft when they could be watching a silly show or chillin…. DOES want it! The difference always shows. So again HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?
